What’s Happening @ BTS
Thank You, Ms. Keschia Potter!
Saxophonist, jazz composer, music educator, and BTS parent Ms. Keschia Potter kindly came to share her talents, knowledge, and experiences as a musician with our students. We had a fantastic time learning and dancing along. Ms. Potter also very generously shared a copy of her album, Rebirth of the Soul, with each of our students!
Special thanks to Ms. Potter and Ms. Gwendolyn Gardner, our dance instructor, for putting together this visit for our students.

As a way to cap off our Pre-K students’ PBL on plants for the month of March, Mr. Joshua Marzwell kindly donated several irrigating planter beds and edible plants for our students to plant and enjoy in our playground! We want to give extra special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Marzwell, Mr. Tromans, and Mr. Melchor for coming to help facilitate this activity.
We look forward to watching the new plants—and our students—grow as the year continues.
